Who, Why and What are Sky up to?
Avvio have really created intrigue with their latest Sky internal communications campaign.
One of our latest programmes has certainly got everyone in Sky talking. After a myriad of yellow people stickers appeared around their offices many employees have been asking – what are these all about? The follow up continued with a number of disruptive elements across all Sky sites over a two week period. The employee curiosity has led to the intranet blog getting the highest number of hits (more than 15k) EVER in the history of Sky, and people even using the yellow people as their profile picture on Facebook. Daily messages and pictures have kept the speculation going, with quite a few employees guessing it’s about customers.
And now finally, employees have been enlightened – they were right - it is all about delivering great service, because every customer counts.
So through the numerous communications to a varied audience, including those hard to reach out on the road, everyone knows it is their responsibility to deliver exceptional customer service. And it doesn't stop there, phase three will see educational activity taking place across all the sites and on the intranet.
